Panic-buying has stores nationwide sold out of isopropyl alcohol, which is typically used to make hand sanitizer. Make this version instead that successfully suppresses influenza. And also, doesn’t kill good bacteria along with the bad bacteria like traditional anti-bacterial hand sanitizers do. Learn how to make this DIY Hand sanitizer spray ⏤ it’s not only safe and non-toxic, but builds up your immunity too. Which is exactly what we need during such times as these if you know what I mean (COVID-19, I’m looking at you!).

Dark glass spray bottle (1oz)

How to make

1. Add 1 tsp of Witch hazel to the spray bottle
2. Next, add 1/4 tsp of Vitamin E to the spray bottle
3. After that, carefully add distilled (or filtered) water to the spray bottle, making sure to leave space to screw the cap back on
4. Add 15 drops of doTERRA OnGuard essential oil to the bottle
5. Add the top back on and give it a shake
6. Enjoy!
