Air-tight container
- I’ve repurposed an old beverage bottle, if you don’t have anything handy, you can order something suitable (linked here)
- This recipe makes a little over 14 ounces, but the bubbles add volume, so I would use atleast a 16 oz container
How to make
- Unscrew the cap on your air-tight container and get ready to add:
- 1/4 cup of Aloe vera gel
- Next, add 2 tsp of Vegetable glycerin
- And then 1 tsp each of Himalayan pink salt and Vitamin E oil
- I used 10 drops each of Cedarwood and Vetiver essential oils and the scent is to die for, but use 20 drops of your favorite essential oils here if you don’t have these oils
- Now, add 1 cup of Castile soap
- Lastly, add 1/2 cup of Distilled water
- Add the cap, and shake to combine
- All done!
Tips and tricks
- Give this a good shake before each use
- As much as I want you to be smelling your arm too, you don’t need to use all the ingredients for this body wash to be effective. You can leave out the essential oils and it’ll still work just fine
