Flax seeds

Lavender essential oil

Air-tight container
- Using an applicator bottle with a thin nozzle makes application easy peasy
- I used a plastic squeeze bottle from the kitchen, but any air-tight container will do
Fine mesh strainer bag
- Allows you to filter out chunks and bits and keep them out of your hair
- If you don’t have one, you can grab this one, or using cheesecloth or panty hose could work as well
How to make
- Boil 2 cups of water
- Add 1 tbsp each of flax seeds, marshmallow root and sea moss to the bowl
- Then add 1 cup of boiling water to the bowl and stir to combine
- Let sit for 30 minutes
- Add everything to the blender and blend until it reaches a creamy consistency
- Place nut milk bag into the bowl and add blended ingredients
- Strain well to eliminate chunks and pieces
- Pour into applicator bottle
- Add remaining 1 cup of water along with 10 drops each of lavender essential oil and rosemary essential oil
- Shake to combine
How to use
