Witch Hazel
- Soothes and relieves burns, perfect for sunburn!
- Fights signs of aging and sun damage
- Contains anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and antioxidant properties
Aloe Vera gel
- Soothes and hydrates irritated skin
- Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties help to heal damaged skin
Fractionated Coconut oil
- Lighter and non-greasy version of regular coconut oil, is great for all skin types
- Antibacterial properties helps to heal skin
Vitamin E oil
- Helps to heal scars and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and dark spots
- High in antioxidants, and neutralizes free radicals
Peppermint essential oil
- Is a calming, cooling pain reliever
- Has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties
Lavender essential oil
- Soothes minor burns, and reduces redness & swelling
- Rich in antioxidants which slow down skin’s aging symptoms
Roman Chamomile essential oil
- Quite cooling, aids in wound healing
- Speeds up skin’s recovery
Spray bottle
- Glass is always the preference when working with essential oils
- Dark or UV protected glass helps to retain the effective properties of the essential oils
How to make
- Open up your glass bottle and get ready to add:
- 1/4 cup of Witch Hazel
- 1 tbsp of Aloe Vera gel
- 1/4 tsp of Fractionated Coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp of Vitamin E oil
- 2 drops of Peppermint essential oil
- Now, add 2 drops of Lavender essential oil
- Finally, add 2 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil
- Close it up and give it a shake
- All done!
How to use
- Store it in the fridge, and apply cold to irritated or sunburnt skin as needed
